Tasks 5.7: Coordination and methodology of the WP5
(M1-M36) (Ifremer, IMR, all nations)
This task is purely dedicated to the coordination of WP5 and of the nations engagement in WP5. In order to formally support national consensus on WP5 actions, a travel budget per nation is attributed to allow frequent national meetings: 2 per year, for each of the 14 national partners. National representatives will share with national stakeholders, including national ESFRI representative, the definition and progress of actions of JERICO-DS, with a focus on WP5, but not restricted; to support the WP5 tasks. National representatives are expected to frequently but briefly report to the coordination team the outcomes of these meetings, in addition to a formal voice reporting during yearly meeting of JERICO-DS (WP7 Coordination). The outcome of these frequent reporting will be sent to WP6 (Task 6.1 and 6.2) for digestion and sharing with the consortium.
